In order for your listing agents to access and modify the information of your
assets they will need to be a member. Discounted pricing is available for
bulk contracts and that discount can be passed on - in whole or in part - to your
listing agents at your request.
Can we limit and/or control the information displayed
on prelisting.com?
Yes. Prelisting.com is sensitive to the needs and policies of our
clients that may prefer not to publish all property data prior to entering a
listing contract. You or your listing agents (your choice) have complete
control over the property information to be displayed on prelisting.com.
However, we've found that serious prospects demand as much
detailed information as possible and that providing thorough property data
generates the most interest and the best results.
